Tips for Planting Success
- Follow the instructions on your seed packaging to determine the right time to plant. Most seed packages will recommend the number of days your plants will need to grow before you move them outside.
- Follow our Grow Guide for planting seeds in our curated stone-wool Mini Block grow media, as well as hand-watering and automated watering guidelines. Our Grow Guide comes included with your Les Verts Terrace™ or Terrace Pro.
- Ensure that plant roots have extended beyond the grow media before moving outdoors.
- Remove the grow media wrapping before planting outdoors and cover the top completely with soil.
- Water aggressively for 1 week after planting outdoors to help the plant establish.
- At the end of the season, pull plants from the ground and discard grow media (if any remains) separately from the rest of the plant.
