All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer FREE shipping within Canada for all orders over $150.

 

We also offer international shipping to USA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Terrace and Terrace Pros:

We offer FREE shipping within Canada to BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NL, NS, NB and PE for all orders.

Refund Policy

Grow Kits:

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, contact us at orders@lesverts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Please note return shipping will be booked by Les Verts, but charges are to be paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less applicable return freight. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@lesverts.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at orders@lesverts.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
